Excellent customer service......wouldn't go anywhere else..been in the business for a long time now...more than reasonable with service and repairs...which is what you need after your initial purchase

I recently had a knee operation and the major part of my recuperation involves an exercise bicycle. For three months I have rarely missed a day of enforced bending of my knee. But two weeks ago the pedal fell off my Aldi purchased exercise bike. What to do? I phoned around with no success. I was advised to buy a new bike, retooling the crank would be so expensive. I phoned Harris Bicycles on Bridge Street, Lismore and was told to bring in my bike. While I waited, the husband and wife team of owners went to work to solve my problem. They explained their plan and found the pieces. I needed a new left hand crank. I was asked if it bothered me if my replacement pedal had a little ‘flood mud’ still attached. I said I would be honoured. Inside a half hour my problem was solved. My knee was saved! They asked for $37 for parts and labour. Because a solution was so important to me, I said ‘Please accept my fifty’ .… but they would not. Harris’s deserve all of our bike business.

So friendly, so helpful! They obviously have enormous knowledge but they we're very welcoming. Made my 8 year olds Christmas. Thanks!!

Super helpful and great customer service. They rang me as soon as a bike was available and in stock so my daughter could check out the colour. Bike was very well priced. Definitely will be bringing my $ back here.

I have to say that I completely disagree with the one star review that was left here. These guys have always been super helpful and ridiculously easy to deal with. I have had them look after minor tweaks on the spot as I am heading off for a ride and then ask me to put $5 in the charity donation tin on the counter as payment. Local business is worth supporting, even if online sales are a tiny bit cheaper, it is worth the small bit extra to get advice and keep a bike shop in Lismore. Who wants to drive to Ballina to pay more for a service? Great guys with a tops new shop

Didn't even bother to respond to my enquiry, so I spent my money elsewhere. Their loss. Wont even look at them again, certainly won't recommend them to anyone.
