I brought a new HP monitor on Thursday 6/7/2017 was told by the sales person that the monitor he thought was best had a $20 cash back on it well this is not the case I tried to claim the cashback this morning and it only applies if you buy a HP PC as well. On reading the paper he gave me it does state that on it but I was going on what he told me. To be completely honest I could of got the monitor cheaper elsewhere and thats what I should of done. So people be careful if they tell you the item has a cash back on it.

My mother took in my laptop to see if she can get a replacement for my laptop, but it ended up with my mother coming out in tears, and has been crying for the past hour. They treated her rudely, and didn't show her any respect.
