Harvey Norman Hervey Bay

They had an item on sale that was not in stock at Hervey bay but just about every other store in the country , when I went to purchase this online they said the sale has finished but I was never offered a raincheck in the first place and if it was in stock I would own it already last week , being as I could click and collect this item at every store in the country except Hervey bay I would have thought this is raincheck 101 but sadly they online chat team blamed the franchisee and said it's up to them to honour any policies around this and there refusal to do so has nothing to do with them lol , one of the biggest retailers in the country and this is their response lol how can we blame someone else , instead of honouring the sale as a raincheck due to item not in stock like it says on Harvey Norman website , that would be good customer service in good faith to someone who has spent thousands over thirty years with them

We would like to thoroughly recommend and commend JESS from Harvey Norman Electrical at Eli Waters, Hervey Bay for her very courteous, friendly and professional service on Wednesday 15th December. A few months ago my brother and I took my elderly mother to the Hervey Bay bedding shop to look at adjustable beds My mother has become rather frail and as I have worked in the industry I knew it was time for her to progress to a different comfort level I cannot praise the staff highly enough ..Skye, Carita Chantelle and Ros who were so patient and helped with not only the bed but all the linen as well Also an honourable mention to Brian who went above and beyond by coming round after work to adjust the height of the bed . The store itself has the Wow factor in spades ..a beautiful shop Thank you all for such a lovely experience Kathy Hunter and Loris Bland
