We were very happy with the response & help from Geoff in the electrical section when we had issues with our Smeg stove that we had previously purchased from the Erina store. He organised assistance for us to have it fixed without issues. We will have no hesitation to return straight there for our next item. Thanks From Janice & Keith Evans

Poor Customer Service Highly disappointed with Harvey Norman Erina's furniture department purchased a lounge and had it for less then 3months and it had to be returned (and refunded) their customers service through this process was appalling and this was coming from their so called manager. This will be my last purchase from Harvey Norman.

Harvey Znorman Erina charged me a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price for a Roomba robotic floor cleaner that three of our house members couldn't get it to operate.
