Harvey Norman Port Stephens

We have now purchased 3 major electrical items from this store. We were very happy with the discounted price on each item. The delivery service and installation of our purchases was excellent. The two men who came to our house were both polite, professional and hardworking. A week after purchasing the washing machine we had a problem with leaking water. These same men came out and checked it, decided it was a faulty machine and returned that same day with a new machine. We will return to this store very soon to purchase a Dyson vacuum cleaner. Happy to review our experience with that purchase.

Very satisfied & had pretty good deals & service dealing with H.N. store

I seem to have continual issues with this Harvey Norman office, I don't think they value customer service. Being our local office I have ordered photos online (3 different times) and never received a phone call that they had arrived, I always had to chase it up. (Online order says you will be contacted once they have arrived for pick up). I recently ordered a fridge online to be delivered, our current fridge was on its way out and the website said only a few days for receipt. Next day after order was placed a system generated email was received to say it is delayed. 3 weeks later - still hearing nothing and very frustrated, I rang the online support and they were very helpful and were able to chase up our fridge with the Salamander store, 2 days later our fridge arrived. Now we have ordered a dryer online, same deal email the next day saying delayed nothing heard almost 3 weeks, I rang online support, they noted my phone number was recorded incorrectly but they could have contacted me by email. The operator contacted Salamander who advised they had tried to ring several times (given their history of great customer contact I severely doubt it!!!) to let me know it is delayed. Still no dryer but hopefully soon... Not dealing with Harvey Norman anymore. Really over it. I would prefer to pay a higher price and get some service.
