If I could give a rating below zero I would. Absolutely deplorable service, extremely unreliable with a blatant inability to communicate. Kept delaying delivery time to the point that we had to cancel the order & hope someone could deliver before the weekend. We were without water for 4 days & the only reason we knew that the delivery was delayed each time is because we called when the delivery didnt arrive - at no point were we notified about the delays beforehand. There are enough water cartage businesses in the Toowoomba area who know how to run a business properly & use a phone so I would suggest avoiding Hawks H20 like the plague and call someone else like Scott Pearce who not only delivered when he said he would but sent a text when he was 15 mins away.
