Health First Alice Springs

I am really impressed with health first alice springs, they know what they are doing and really explain things. Already feeling improvements!

I visited the clinic about a week ago and was very impressed with the service provided as well as having first class equipment available.

Had the most terrible experience here. The admin staff were alternately very disorganised, rude and defensive. When I tried to obtain my clinical notes to take to another physio, the practice manager ended up yelling at me down the phone. That was after a number of emails refusing to release the notes. I had to ask her to calm down and explain that she was being very rude to me. I've never experienced that kind of aggression and derision in a customer service environment. It was pretty telling that, when I asked for the details of her boss or the business owner, she refused to provide them. After 2 visits it got to the point where I felt it would be easier to take my business interstate.

If you are looking for an experienced and qualified physiotherapist then this is the place to go to. They are experts in sports and spine injuries and provide services for work related injuries as well as fitness assessments. The service was great and the staff are friendly. Would definitely recommend.
