Heart Mind Focusing With Matthew Power

Matt has been a massive help to me with my PTSD from several car accidents and child hood trauma. I wasn't sure about doing therapy at all, but once I committed to making a change, Mathew made me feel so comfortable and safe. He truly is one of a kind and I can't thank him enough for his help and guidance.. He is a true professional in every way with absolutely no judgement at all. Matthew offers nonjudgmental guidance in his sessions which enables me to open up to a greater understanding of myself. This has helped me create more space within myself so that I can deal with situations that occur with much greater acceptance and understanding. He gently prompts me to be aware of senses and emotions that I would otherwise miss or ignore and in so doing does not let me miss that which I need to face and work on.
