Do not buy a Hedley Home The amount of things that have gone wrong in a brand new house is horrible, not to mention trying to get them fixed under warranty is extremely difficult. I've had water leaking into my home in two places, two water leaks outside the home, a fence that leaned over, a gate that would damage the house, a security door that wouldn't unlock, deadbolts you couldn't use, holes in the driveway and heaven forbid if the water leaks during the holidays because you just have to wait for the plumber to finish his holiday before he will come and stop the water that is damaging your house and growing mould even if that means a week! I even had to get QBCC involved to get some issues fixed because Ray Mills just wouldn't do anything about it. So if you are considering a Hedley Home do not do it!
