About Hegs Animal Daycare

Hi my name is Kayla, I am a long time animal lover, I started this business to help the community out with caring for their pets when life can be busy. I have completed my Certificate 3 in animal care and I plan to do more courses along the way. I am a registered business with insurance, I have my police background check completed and my own ABN. I'm family orientated my kids tag along for a lot of walks and home visits. I service all over Mackay and surrounding areas.

We are so grateful we found Hegs Animal Daycare. Kayla supports our family looking after our animals when we travel away for holidays and or work. Evie our cavoodle, also hangs out with Hegs during the week when we are caught in a bind and need extra support even at short notice. We highly recommend Hegs Animal Daycare and are lifelong clients 😍

Highly recommend Kayla for looking after our Theo on multiple occasions. He is content and happy being able to stay at home when we are away and I am sure he looks forward to his pats at feed times.

I highly recommend Hegs Animal Daycare for any pet sitting needs. Kayla looked after our little chihuahua Rose. She was well looked after and very spoilt while there.

I couldn't reccomend this service enough! Kayla goes above and beyond to work around us to ensure our dogs are walked and looked after to our needs. She has also picked them up and dropped them off to grooming appointments when im working which has made our lives so much easier. Kayla also participated in our wedding. She got our dogs ready and walked them down the aisle for us. She is incredibly good at what she does, I trust her 100% and I'm very protective of our furbabies. Mia & Norman absolutely adore her! ❤️
