2 employees with owner off premises, but will submit additional bill over and above quote for his on site supervisor services, while he is off site. After subleasing the 1st stage of job with large equipment digging ditches, he will request an additional 25% to complete job. After being held hostage and paying 10k more, he advises that he will be off site for 2 weeks, as he took another job, as he wasn't sure if we would pay up. He built the fence facing the wrong way/contract stated 45 metre long fence would be coated twice with him asking my wife's preferred colour of dark brown; he left town after spraying the fence, my house and windows a red/orange colour. Site engineer was required on site 3 times, but 13 site attendance's were required at $150 each due to owner refusing to follow minimum guidlines; he wanted to pour concrete into a water filled trench with reinforcement rods protruding 2 inches rather than a metre.
