WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will never ever return to this shop.
I had found a PERFECT mother of the bride dress that needed a few alterations and stitches fixed from being pulled, beads were missing and overall appearance wasn't worth the money. Being this dress fitted perfectly, I left the shop with an understanding they were holding it for me whilst I went and visited an alteration store a few shops down. When I returned to purchase this dress (about 10 minutes later) i was informed THEY HAD TAKEN IT FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER AND SOLD IT UNDERNEATH ME.. absolute appalling. To make this situation WORSE, I than had the short, dark haired 'bigger' lady, raise her voice at me while trying to tell me I 'wasn't going to buy the dress anyway!'
Anyone who enters this shop MUST be prepared for pushy, dramatic, lying (saying EVERYTHING looks good, instead of honest opinions of 'let's try something else' purely to sell the most expensive items available.
I am absolutely livid and my experience here and can almost guarantee anyone else will be too.
The 3 customers inside the shop who were looking at dresses were also appalled and left.
