We called days before and booked a taxi for airport pickup at 2:00pm Sunday. The plane was early and no taxi was visible. We watched customers phone after 2:00pm and make bookings. We did not worry. The first 5 taxis to arrive were all for people who called after 2:00pm. I called the office and the receptionist hang up on me mid sentence when i asked where our taxi was. The 5th Taxi had the name of a person who had gone with the Maxi Taxi. So she offered to double drop us with the next job on the list. At 2:50pm, one hour after landing without the need for baggage collect, I got a phone call from a driver who was at River Heads saying that he would come for us when he got back. I explained the situation to him. All 23 people waiting for a Taxi from that plane would have been picked up before the two old folk who rang and made an early booking if we waited for the River Heads pick up. Do you need to upgrade your software so this does not happen? Is this your business profile?

Maybe try with hiring reliable drivers. Waited too long for a taxi, in the rain too!

Pre-booked a disability cab with 2 hours notice. Cab arrives 1 hour & 10 mins late. No mention of lateness or explanation so I asked “ why the long wait “. Cab driver responded with how hard his job is, I’m stressed, I get paid peanuts, it’s nothing to do with me, should of called me directly, bla bla bla. He went on a crazy rant until we arrived at our destination. His voice was raised, red faced & completely out of line. His name was Geff in Hervey Bay. We walked home to avoid another long delay & his rant & raving!

Don’t expect to get a cab even if you pre book with a reference number. You will not be contacted by the company to say there are no cabs available or ever will be and will be left stranded even after talking to a supervisor.

I am a senior with mobility problems and rely on taxis at times. I have to wonder why a competing taxi service hasn't moved in as the situation (can't call it service here) is pathetic. 3 times in the last couple of weeks I have ordered a cab to Urangan Central Shopping Centre & had to wait up to 1.5 hours (and 3 calls) on 2 occasions, on the 3rd a lady saw that I was in pain and offered me a lift home, I did call and cancel only to receive a text 35 mins later to say my car was abt to arrive!!! There have been times when there have been up to 6 people waiting. It is pointless calling them to find out when your car will arrive as they simply tell you it's been given priority and is on the way - NOT. Most of the drivers are good but something seriously needs to be done like employ more drivers or improve dispatch.

This cab company is pathetic! Over an hour waiting for a taxi and we are still waiting! I'm surprised this company gets any customers with their rude drivers and poor customer service!

Although it was difficult to get a response during the holiday period, not to book a taxi, but to find out information, once connected the service, courtesy, flexibility and assistance was very good.

The worst taxi service I have ever experienced! Pre-booked 2 maxi taxi's for 6pm and only 1 turned up for 6 people. Made 2 more phone calls to ask where the taxi was, first time 25mins after the first taxi I was told that a taxi had just been dispatched as a priority and still nothing after almost 30mins. Second phone call was told they were still looking for a taxi for 10 people. Told them to send normal taxis and still 20mins later no taxis. These people were left standing for over 1.5 hours until we had to get friends to make several trips to pick them up. Our reservations were for 6.30pm and the kitchen closed at 8pm! The rest of our group only arrived at the venue at 7.45pm. At 7.50pm a message comes through that a taxi was being dispatched.

Asked driver if he knew where Clint St was said yes he did, he went flying past it then told me I said to keep going which I did not. Very rude man his name was Charles, don't think he likes his job.

Rang for a cab at 3 pm. At first the customer phone service was terrible and extremely unfriendly. And the end of the call we were told to walk up the road which we did. Our taxi should arrive shortly. Half an hour, 5 calls later we were still being told by an answering machine, that they're still looking for a car for us. Once we finally got to speak to a person we were being hung up on. Our cab finally arrived at 3:45 at the stop we gave them so we had to walk all the way back. Worst experience ever. Feel sorry for everyone who falls into their extremely bad services again.

Tang for a taxi from Pialba Shopping Centre on the phone supplied at just before 12 oclock. Gave my name and address to go to. 1/4 past one still waiting for taxi. Seeing them go around but not stopping, so I rang and got told it had been dispatched. Every taxi arrived was for people that had orderd the taxi after us. The taxi driver would not take us first. Will never use this company again.
