What do I wear at Hi Pilates?
Appropriate clothing is essential. We recommend gym tights, leggings, or shorts and either a t-shirt or singlet top. No shoes are to be worn during the class. You may wear grip socks to ensure you don’t slip when you start to get a little sweaty.
I have never done Pilates before, does that matter at Hi Pilates?
Don’t worry, first timers are very welcome at Hi Pilates. With a maximum of 10 clients, our experienced and friendly trainers can modify exercised to suit differing abilities and guide you through the equipment, exercised and proper technique every step of the way.
