Hi-Torque

I asked Hi Torque of Dubbo to replace a fan belt on my Volvo, it was a break down call out which cost $1800. After the truck travelled a further 800 km the fan belt had to replace again by another Volvo repairer. This was another call out, $350. I realise call outs are expensive and Im not to worried about the price. However I am very concerned about the quality of the work attitude of the business. I was disappointed the the belt fitted by Hi Torque only lasted 800km while the belt fitted by another Volvo repairer has lasted over 60,000km and still going. I decided to call Jason at Hi Torque in Dubbo to explain the situation, partly because I thought he should be aware of the situation and in part because I wanted Hi Torque to cover the cost of the 2nd breakdown call out, $350. Jason explained to me that Hi Torque was comfortable with a fan belt lasting 800km and I was out of line to request any sort of refund.

Very good service. They got me go'in quick as they could. The workshop manager and his team were really helpful.
