Simon and Jai have always given me great service this year and for many times over the years. This year they cleared the house drains to the septic with an eel, last year fitted a new hot water very quickly when the old one burst. Cleaned all the gutters, fitted a bidet for my wife 2 years ago, replaced bathroom taps the year before. Great service, quick response and good pricing. Bill & Willie in Ashby

We’ve used H2O for years. Always prompt service (even tho we’re a bit remote). From small jobs (fixing leaks) to big (removing a timber stand and concreting a base for a water tank, while ensuring water access to the house) - always happy with the results.

Sent an email regarding water pressure and issues with the hot water. Within hours, Tina phoned and an hour later Jai was here fixing it. Shower is working perfectly 45mins later. Both Tina and Jai were absolutely lovely- professional, efficient. I have phoned 3 other plumbers in the area this week to no answer. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. If you need 'plumbing' fixed, call Hills 2 Ocean and you will be more than impressed.

Great response when first called...fitted in with my forever changing working roster and visited x3 before we finally caught up...even though I had notified them of these changed :) very satisfied. However I still have no quote or contact since.. my business went else where....all done in a week :) Not impressed with H2O

I had a burst hot water hose under the vanity in the bathroom. Rang a few times between 8:15AM and 10:30AM on Saturday 20/10/2018 and each time went through to message bank. Left a message once but no one contacted me. I also filled in the form on their website. Again no reply. It is now Sunday 21/10/2018 and still no contact. They will never get a recommendation from me. Disgraceful service. Scored a 1 only because I couldn't go any lower.

Had a glitch in my solar water heater last week and someone suggested to me to contact Hills 2 Ocean Plumbing, so I did. These guys are as professional as they are friendly. They arrived on time, and fixed my old water heater flawlessly. I was really happy with the service. Would love to recommend. I will definately be using them in the future as well if needed
