I have never been treated so badly by a staff member as the receptionist at Hinkley eyeware. Went to get glasses from my seniors card felt it I was taking up her time . Box of frames put in front of me before I had finished going paperwork. Was a desk before I had put my seniors card in wallet & she yelled at me that it would take 6 weeks. Fortunately I did not have to deal with her when I picked up my glasses was served by a smiling man 👨 who was so pleasant. No wonder when I walk past no body is in there. I also intend to report my concerns to Queensland Seniors. Terrible service. If she worked for me she would be sacked. I will tell all my friends & never return 😩
