Hinterland Water Cartage is a family owned and operated local business which promptly and professionally meets your requirements for fresh drinking water and swimming pool fills on the Sunshine Coast. We also service clients from Brisbane to Gympie. Backed by more than 20 years of combined industry experience, we offer domestic and commercial water delivery not just for drinking water and swimming pool fills, but also for tanks and spas. We have large-capacity water truck which can hold 10,000 litres to accommodate clients who need bulk water supply. All our trucks are made of stainless steel and are environment-friendly, guaranteeing the cleanliness of our water. In addition, we adhere to strict sanitation standards and guidelines to further ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients. We are approved by Unity Water and the Health Department as well. To cater to your emergency water supply needs, Hinterland Water Cartage offers prompt delivery seven days a week. We are locals helping locals. Always reliable. Avoid!!! Unreliable, untrustworthy and poor communication. Never got water delivered despite numerous calls, unanswered texts and misleading promises. Assured us not once but twice they were coming!!!! Still no water delivered so please avoid and go somewhere who understands what customer service is.

Sorry Di I have no record of you calling my business. We also aim to provide good and Trustworthy Service, Plus aim to answer every call. How ever we here had a High Volume of calls due to water shortage in area. I you feel this is a error please call me directly.

I've used these guys a couple of times. A few years ago for a pool fill, and the guy was excellent. Just recently we had one of the guys out to get some water on some new turf in the dry weather. Arrived on time, super-friendly, not hing was too much trouble. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Very unhappy, we organised twice to have water delivered and were stood up both times with no explanation. Now we have been put on waiting lists for other companies and have been waiting 3 weeks with no water.

All I have to say is appalling. I had a water delivery booked for today. Tried to get hold of the business continually throughout the day, none of my calls or texts were answered and the delivery was not made. Very disappointing. I am now in a position where I need a super urgent delivery (in a time where waiting periods can run as long as 4 weeks) so as not to run out whilst I am 32 weeks pregnant with 3 kids at home!!!

After numerous calls to water cartage companies hearing 4-7 day waits I rang Hinterland Water Cartage & Chris was bloody awesome. Called yesterday, had Chris & his off sider here 1st up this morning. He started early to fit us in. Our new fav. Reliable. Professional. Local. Cheers guys.

Required water on short notice and was recommended to Chris at Hinterland Water Cartage. He was able to fit me in and the whole process from the initial phone call to delivery ran smoothly. Price was excellent too. Friendly and easy going but highly professional. My husband wasn't here when he came, but Chris was great to explain all the finer details on water supply to me. Would recommend them to everyone!
