So impressed with this Company. NEW house NEW garden. Whilst digging we hit a pipe as you do, this was on the weekend. Called Hipwell Plumbing, arrived within the hour as arranged, had it fixed in the shortest time, and no eye gouging price , very friendly. Most certainly keeping Hipwell Plumbing on our list. Wow been in tweed for 5 years have a cafe in tweed and have had a lot of experiences with plumbers . These guys helped out over the phone after 5.30 just to ensure we had water . Did not want do install roof hot water pvc pipes that tank was installed by another plumber? I have paperwork of work done before but pulled away from job. Other plumbers will do work. Future plumbing services or recommendations will not be done for this company.

Hi Ben As explained to you there are many variants and questionable issues associated with the works you wanted done, particularly that you had already had works partially completed by another plumber. I did advise that although we were not prepared to provide a quote for works given the above, that we were happy to carry out these works on an hourly rate basis. Sorry that this was not to your satisfaction.
