Claire was so friendly and oysters and prawns, freshest we’ve ever had!!! Bonus was the little bottle of Chardonnay and the Corona!!

Heard a lot about Holbert oysters. Went there today with much anticipation. Very disappointed about the size and taste . Sorry guys , you have to do better than this if that’s the best you sell at your outlet. Your letting the oyster industry down . PS I’ve had better oysters bottled

I love this place! The oysters at Holberts are so delicious & fresh & reasonably priced especially when compared to Sydney prices. I visit this place on every occasion we happen to be in Port Stephens. Highly recommend. Margie

One word for Holberts Oyster Farm in Salamander Bay: fresh! If it's fresh oysters you want, it's certainly worth the short drive out of the way to go and get 'em. Aryeh
