The Holistic Recovery team brings together a diverse range of expertise from both clinical and non-clinical sectors, but we all share the same passion for serving our local community. Whether it’s support coordination, outreach, supported independent living (SIL), group supports, individualised living options (ILO), or core supports, each of us is committed to ensuring our participants receive the highest quality care and support. Our experienced team specialises in delivering all levels of support, from initial planning to ongoing service delivery, ensuring that participants can navigate the NDIS system with ease. We focus on creating individualised plans that promote growth, build confidence, and ultimately support participants in leading meaningful lives.
