What Warranty? We bought 2 bookcases from Home and Beyond, 1 started to get mouldy. We cleaned it off, but it was persistant. The one that was going mouldy had a very poor paint coating. The other no mould at all. We contacted the store for advice and were promptly told that mould it was not covered by warranty. We informed her that it was the poor quality paint we were concerned about. The shop assistant then said condesendingly and "are you a paint expert". A little help from the store would have gone a long way, but instead we were greeted by a rude, condesending shop assistant that had no intention of helping us.
