In early 2021 Home Nursing Group became Healthcare Australia’s latest acquisition under its HCA Home banner. HCA is proudly 100% Australian-owned and operated. Its origins date back to 1972, and it specialises in providing healthcare services and a mobile workforce of over 120,000 staff consisting of nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, and support workers. In 2010 Home Nursing Group provided almost 30,000 care hours per year to over 250 clients; today, Home Nursing Group serves more than 2,000 clients across much of Northern NSW. HCA’s acquisition will not only help Home Nursing Group grow its service offering, but it will also ensure it can grow its client base, its workforce, and cultural and clinical compliance. Home Nursing Group provides freedom and independence for older people with Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support Programme services.
