I attended this restaurant to pick up some Chinese food that I had ordered. The young girl that was serving at the counter after handling money, the phone and the EFTPOS machine would return to one of the dining tables and prepare spring roles without gloves or even washing her hands. She also answered the telephone on a number of occasions by simply wiping her hands on the front of her shirt. I raised my concerns with her in relation to food contamination issues to which she replied, The kitchen is too small to do it in there. She appeared to be totally oblivious to what my concerns related to. If this type of behaviour is seen as normal for the preparation of food in the dining area you can only imagine what is going on out the back.
This is food preparation of a 3rd world standard, and this restaurant should prepare themselves for a visit from the regulative authorities that we have to prevent this appalling and dangerous behaviour.
