Hoppy's Handwash Cafe Mermaid Waters

Had the $45 package ! Sand still on the carpet ! Bugs still on dash board and cobweb still on wing mirror so clearly not don’t as included in the package. When sending photos through to head office! They stated that they are not sure what my expectations were but I needed to upgrade. Will not recommend anyone to go there and won’t be going back myself. No customer care

Really unfriendly staff from the coffee lady, no good morning, no smile , to booking in clean. Yes they did do a good job cleaning but friendly staff goes along way. Won’t pop in here for a clean again.

So first time there with a friend I bought her a car wash with the vacuum etc for $45 sorry guys very ordinary bug guts still on car and dirt vacuum not bad but still needs attention on a positive note the coffee was brilliant nice cafe and service excellent from car greeter to cafe girl just the car boys not the best wash and vac job iv seen not for the $45 bucks anyway will I go back yep definitely the coffee is great 👍

Every time I come here, they damage my car. I pay a lot of money and also have notes on my Route 66 file to be carful with my car. They have chipped my mags and also scratched my boot by being careless with my vehicle. I’m going to another car wash from now on.

The last time I went to hoppy’s the car wash was discraceful. I have been going to this place for about two years without a problem but it has gone downhill now and I will definitely not be back

Rushed service, lots of things missed quality control terrible and the communication bad when questioned about bad service was told needed the more expensive service to do what I asked them to do in the first place never going back.

Customer service was absolutely amazing the guys did a fantastic job at cleaning and detailing my car definately worth the money and will be back again

A serious safety issue there, as I slipped on the concrete floor, hit my elbow very badly and now my shoes are broken. The manager didn't take the matter seriously :(

Very rude staff, didn't even clean my car. Still had dirt and bird feaces on my windows. Interior wasn't even cleaned. Had to ask to re vacuum!
