DISGRACE AND DEFINITELY CANT LET THIS HAPPEN TO ANOTHER FAMILY No respect whatsoever for customers furniture the staff members older gentlemen had made 2 adult females and a 17 yr old girl that uncomfortable and extremely creeped out they were forced to leave the house due to concerns for there safety. We contacted the office and got the rudest receptionist who refused to take complaint seriously and advised that there is not a chance this would have occurred as the staff members are of high standards. Theowners would not return the numerous attempts to report or acknowledge the severity of the situation. I discovered that this situation is a frequent I would also like to advise that hornicks is also conducting jobs for other well known Australian wide furniture Removal companies who have Australian Government contracts. I would highly recommend not to have any dealings or having any business associated with them doing your removal or most of all being inside your house.

We could not have been happier with the care Hornick's staff took loading and delivering our posessions. They were friendly, cooperative and skilled. We would not hesitate to recommend them!

Hornicks moves us from Brisbane to Mackay and did a great job. They were very professional and polite and took great care of our furniture. Would recommend them to anyone.

In Early January we had our furniture put into storage as we were moving to Brisbane. Hornicks came recommended, however I would be reluctant to do so myself. As I had not made a move like this before I asked did we need to make a list of the items being transported. I was told that was part of the service. On the day this not done. I informed the office staff and was told that I should of called the office to tell them. I didn't think I needed to manage the removal companies staff. I personally went into the office and was told that our belongings would be safe under lock and key until they were delivered to us. However this was not the case. On arrival in early September we found that our items had been listed and repacked into the containers. We were never informed of this. I must the guys who unpacked were great. I called the office to ask why this had occurred as we had a cupboard that was damaged and want to discuss this future after a month we did not have a return phone call.

We booked Hornick's for our local move because they were local, not the cheapest or the most expensive. We were booked first thing in the morning. They turned up 3 hours late due to delay the night before. However, there was absolutely no communication of the delay, and we had delay cleaner booking and pay 1 day of extra rent. When they turned up, it was immediately clear that one removalist was experienced but the other was a lazy amateur and tried not to do much at all. This slowed things down. We've move > 10 times before with our belongings, and normally it takes <4 hours to uplift and deliver. It took them > 8 hours (!) because one was doing all the work. Furthermore, the amateur refused to take directions, threw a tantrum and had a full spat in the middle of the move! Our furniture suffered damage due to the amateur not handling the furniture properly. It was the worst removal experience we've ever had! And needless to say the most expensive due to double the time...

We went though Hornicks for our move from Mackay to Goldcoast for all our furniture and large items. They did a superior job comparing to National removals, who moved us from Brisbane to Mackay, and damaged a lot of our expensive furniture, including our baby's white cot. Hornicks team arrived on time, and took great care of our large fridge and baby cot, wrapping it all up for us. we also used their storage for two months or so while searching for a place in Tweeds/ Gold coast, kept our stuff safe, and everything arrived just how we remembered it. Would recommend them highly to family, friends and everyone.

I just wanted to say what a great job you and the guys did getting the examination couch down from Mackay. You not only had the best price but also great service. You turned up when you said you would and everything ran like clock work. I would absolutely recommend Hornicks Removals.
