Unable to contact via business mobile and given conflicting information and finally it was suggested keep the unwanted item and buy the one we should have sent in the first place...what a joke. Also was told that " it was like throwing money in the gutter isn't it...I do that all the time". Absolutely never encountered customer service like it ever..unbelievable. Person who recommended I purchase from them has since rung me and told me they actually at the store today to view products for hotel refurbishment.....store was seemingly closed and after trying to contact by mobile and having no luck was told the store was closed. Very different info I was told on the same day.
