Frequently Asked Questions
What does a heater core do?
As hot coolant leaves the engine, it passes through the heater core which heats up surrounding air. Using the fans off your air conditioning system, this air can then be used to defrost windshields or just warm the car interior.
I'm selling my car, do I need to get a roadworthy certificate?
In NSW it is not required to transfer registration to a new owener however new owners must have a pink slip roadworthy inspection when they receive their renewal notice. In Victoria, all sellers must provide a roadworthy certificate which is less than 30 days old when transferring a registered vehicle.
