DO NOT USE!! After scratching our floors when delivering a fridge and washery they have disregarded all forms of communication to resolve the issue. Do not let their reviews fool you! Even after scratching the floor they had asked us to leave a review based on their services. On the off chance they do damage your home good luck ever getting a response from them! Keep in mind the house has newly built and within a month we have this eye gauging marks on our beloved hardwood engineered flooring! One would expect a responsible individual or company to take the initiative to rectify their mistakes!

WOW! It took you over a year to put a review? After numerous phone calls with the manager of Domayne we all came to the same conclusion: that this damage on your floors was done while you were moving your furniture in. Because you had all of your living areas covered with bits of carpet and mats, and I find it very hard to believe that bringing a fridge in in a box, on a trolley with rubber wheels would not scratch your floors full stop! And then for you to try and blame us for scratches in your other living areas that we never went into? As soon as the boys unpacked the fridge and put it into place, your father went to another section of the room that we did not go into, lifted up a piece of carpet, points to a mark on the floor, and says “you scratched the floor. We would've taken care of the damage if we genuinely did the damage. To attack us with this viscous review, when it was known these floors were scratched even before we arrived makes you a miserable human being.

I used these guys 2 yrs ago and it was a terrible experience broken furniture and rude manager when I asked if the broken furniture would be replaced. One of the Removalist complained about the heat and was very slow.I forgot to review back then and now moving again they came up on my search and was surprised they had a 5 star rating.
