Hunter Imaging Maitland

I just had two MRI scans and an X-ray and I was so impressed with the medical staff and reception!! They looked after me so professionally and nothing was a problem at alll! Such great service! Thank you

I was told to go to Hunter imaging at five Sherman Street, scone by my doctor yesterday 10th of May 2023 at 12:34 pm. My appointment was for 12 o’clock. I was there 15 minutes early, the person on reception at the time was rude to me and other people, and when I walked in, the woman said to me sit down and wait until you’re called, which I found quite belittling and demeaning. A woman walked in two minutes after me that needed to make an appointment, the receptionist said to her sit down quite abruptly. I found my experience at Hunter imaging, one of the most awful experiences I’ve had of my life and will never go there again. I will tell my friends and family do not go to Hunter imaging. they are not professional and made my day horrible to say the least I got home and felt sick for the rest of the day. When I told my wife she was horrified, so was my family at the treatment that receptionist, lady treats people absolutely disgusting.

My Doctor requested a chest xray due to my history of chest infections . Went to Maitland it cost $140 ! it turns out some Hunter Imaging sites are bulk billed & some are not I will not go to Maitland ever again & will tell all my friends about this. One star is way too much!
