Do I need to be out of the house when the treatment is being performed?

No. You can be home. We simply suggest that you go outside while we spray inside and stay inside whilst we spray outside. This is only so our technicians can perform the spray without any distractions.

Will the chemical affect the food in my cupboards and the plates and cutlery?

No. Gels are used for cupboard and storage areas. The gel is applied to the hinges of your cupboards and the runners of your drawers. This thick gel stays where it is applied and dries in the shape in which it is applied. This 'blob' is consumed by the cockroaches and this is how we target roaches in your cupboards.

Used these guys 4 years ago. Did a walk around and nothing else. Didn't send a report to me after I had requested it multiple times. They constantly call my business phone and when I blocked the number they now call from an unlisted number. This business is terrible.

Their telemarketing team continually contacts you even though you tell them you don't need or want a pest inspection. How hard is it to write a note on the number that the service is not required so you don't continue to PESTER people! The telemarketers also hang up on you instead of acting professionally. When you call to ask them to take you off their list they say 'You need to register with the Do Not Call Register'. Well, it's my number and if I ask you repeatedly not to call me, it is actually harassment if you continue to call whether I'm on the register or not. I am now on the register and if I receive one phone call from your business again I will be reporting you. I would not recommend this company for anything due to their poor business ethic. They are clearly so desperate for customers they have to harass people.

Apart from their marketers, the company itself is fantastic. The pest controller that came and did my house was very good and knowledgeable, price was right within the range from quick a ring around. Would highly recommend if wanting the job right the first time. A++++

My husband booked an appointment with them for 4pm on Friday nobody turned up so he rang the office about 5.20 the lady answered the phone and said that the person who is going to do it is running late but will be there surely Guess what nobody came and not even given any phone call or notification for not coming.... I am so frustrated as my husband had to give up 3 hours of work in order to be there to get it done and they didn't even bother to ring... Very bad first impression would not recommend unless you have got time to waste for careless people....

I use Hunter United Pest Control and have for the past 3 years. I pay $249 for a pest spray inside and out with a warranty and if I want a termite inspection as well I pay an extra $150. The guy was here for the spray for about 30min I thought that was quick but saying that I haven't had a problem so I just think he must know what he's doing to be that quick and since I don't have a problem I shouldn't be concerned. I recommend them to all my friends. Go Hunter United Pest Control.

I would not recommend using this company, they rang us about getting a termite inspection and my husband agreed, then when I said $200 was a ripoff he rang back to cancel and the girl talked him in to it saying termite faeces could eat into steel frames and it would be a comprehensive inspection lasting an hour, so he went ahead with it saying they would have to arrive after 12noon as I wouldn't be home till then. On the day of our inspection I arrived home 11.45 and the guy was already out the front, he came in and started the inspection which took him 15mins - 20 if I'm being generous and then sat in his car for at least another 10 mins and then came in with the bill talked for another 5-10 mins and left. I rang and told my husband who was not impressed so contacted the company they said that the guy was there for 51 mins (GPS) which is a reasonable amount of time and wouldn't listen to us about what he really did in that time so $200 for 20mins at the most of walking around tapping walls with a little stick = RIPOFF
