How long does it take to make a denture?

For our acrylic dentures, we can make these within a week to a week and a half. Our partial chrome dentures take 3-4 weeks to make. We need to see you for 4 appointments, with one appointment solely based on the looks of your denture. We ensure you are 100% happy with how they look, before going ahead to finish.

Are the dentures made on-site?

All our services and procedures are completed in-house. Thomas will construct, supply and repair all varying types of Dentures all within our East Maitland Lab.

I've broke my denture, can you do an emergency repair?

If the denture is deemed repairable, our denture specialist Thomas, can repair your denture within 2-3 hours, dependent on the scale of the repair. We can usually schedule an emergency repair within the same day of your call. For all denture repair options (this includes tooth additions on partials, tooth replacement, denture crack/break, plus more), call our friendly reception staff.

Is there parking available?

We have off-street parking available at the front and rear of the building.

Very disappointed in my new dentures. They are very poor quality made of resin not porcelain which is what I paid for. Please shop around before you commit.

Hunter Valley Denture Clinic has given Mr Lee a full refund. This was unfortunately the outcome, we tried to work with Mr Lee to help adjust the denture although, he requested us to not contact him which made it very hard. When your new set of dentures are changed even just a fraction compared to your original set, speech can take a while to recalibrate. Some cases may take longer than others. We offer follow up appointments during this period, all inclusive in the treatment plan. All we try to do is help.

Quick repair only took 2 hours and quick and easy impression for new dentures same appointment only deposit was needed and then the following appointments were hassle and pain free. Was able to pick the colour of tooth and change anything to suit my liking before picking them up on final appointment. Thank you so much for my new dentures, am so happy with them. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes you will need to make an appointment. However we can usually schedule you in for the same or following day. Please call our friendly staff on (02) 4934 8989.

What payment options do you offer?

EFTPOS and Hicaps facilities are available so you’re able to claim on all Registered Health Funds and Veterans’ Affairs. We require a small deposit to proceed with your denture treatment, and the account balance is required prior to taking your dentures off-premises.
