Hunter Valley Granite & Marble

Fitted an already damaged stone top, tech will be coming out to view it at the beginning of February, so in short, Hunter Valley Granite and Marble, HVGM supplied and fitted an already damaged stone, then said they couldn't see the damage before installation, they also mis measured the lamb tongue Hamptons style bench top, it is 15ml short in length on both ends, they had a talk in their office and decided that they have met all obligations in regards to it. Although plans submitted showed it was more than the 18ml and a different style to that of the kitchen, measurer didn't even confirm with me, he just assumed it was the same, I'm guessing he didn't even look at the plans before he came out to measure, this company do not want to solve issues, they like to palm seconds off on customers, and take no responsibility in the mess they have left me with. Island bench ends should of been 32ml. Measurer own plans show hamptons stand alone, but he did not confirm sizes with me.

My stone benchtop looks beautiful. Thanks, guys! WOM recommended HVGM to us, saying they were awesome. They certainly are. They met every stage with efficiency and professionalism. Plus, the finished results were greater than I expected, I even cried seeing them!

We can't speak too highly of HV&M. Their staff were experienced and very helpful. We visited their showroom and it was great to see the wonderful range of products and colours available for our new benchtop. Plus, everything from the measure and quote to the installation was very quick and went without a hitch.
