Incompetent, unprofessional and disrespectful. Unable to do a thorough job: three services in a year and mould undected each time. When I reported the smell and irritation in my throat, they claimed it was in my head and a nose fracture would resolve my problem as I wouldn't smell anything. I hired an expert who detected the mould and other serious impacting factors that were completely ignored by HydroKleen, as they simply don't have the competence. If you care about your health look elsewhere.
