Caroline has helped many people break bad habits and overcome life imbalances through her business, Hypnoworxs. Caroline began her dream of creating Hypnoworxs over 10 years ago. A major life change and journey of self-healing made Caroline realise the possibilities of changing your mind to change your life. Caroline uses Neurolinguistic Programming and cognitive behaviour therapy to help clients highlight core beliefs to recognise and removing of sabotaging behaviours and shift negative and limiting beliefs to heal their bodies and their minds.
