IDEAL Placements is a not for profit, community based, government funded disability employment organisation helping community members in Mackay and surrounding regions. In addition to our Main Office in Mackay, we now have Offices in Airlie Beach, Sarina, Proserpine, Bowen and Malcomson St, and we serve all surrounding areas in the Central Queensland region. We deliver a free service to employers and job seekers alike to assist people with disabilities to find and sustain employment. Our disability employment organisation services the Whitsundays and Proserpine, and we also specialise in Proserpine disability injury support employment work. Our organisation specialises in employment training, resume building and interview support, apprenticeships and traineeships, NDIS, prison release and school transition into work and indigenous employment consultancy services.
