Just visited this gorgeous place and loved every second. 💕 Staff were so attentive and funny. My hair has never felt better.

I LOVE this place. It's just nothing like I have had anywhere before. They actually give a damn. Seriously.... if you haven't gotten what you want before you need to see the girls here. They lay it out for you and follow it up which is what I LOVE. I have found my forever hairdresser. Thanks ladies for everything.

I visited this salon recently and was treated to fantastic service by the staff there. They don't have an apprentice which I liked because it meant that I had the hairdresser the whole way through my appointment. She explained everything at the start of the appointment and even phoned me a week later to see how I was going with the product that she used on me at the salon. I don't think I have ever had that happen. My colour was great and I can't wait to go back there. Will be back for sure. I saw Kate..I think she was new there but there was another lady there who had been there for a while and they were all really nice.

Great yeam and loved the service. They are really different to other hairdressers I have gone to. The service was explained and I was treated to exclusive service which i dont think i have ever gotten. Well worth it and the outcome was beyond what i expected. Well done on creating such an amazing experience.

Love the atmosphere of this place. The ladies there have done amazing work at making sure my hair was perfect. They listened and actually gave me what I wanted. Kylie was great and I met the owner too...she was down to earth and very honest which is what I loved. They took a booking deposit for my first visit but I was happy to know that they are busy enough to need to do that. I loved every minute of my time and left with beautiful hair too. Couldn't have asked for a better place to visit. Thanks ladies for the best hairdressing experience I have had in a LOOOOOONG time.

Thanks to Candice at this salon for making my wedding day experience fantastic. My hair was great, my maids were looked after and even my mum was treated individually. We bought in a baby and it wasn't a problem. The girls were friendly and outgoing and they arranged for a make up artist to come and do our makeup. She was excellent and guided me in what would work well. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks ladies

Not 100% happy, single mum and daughter in tears with the disappointment and cost, tan didn't work, also make-up lady late, they didn't care about her today as they got their money $155 in total, not happy at all and to see my daughter in tears the rest of the day and night. A good feeling when your daughter walks outside crying and so disappointed and paid $155, made me feel sick!

Hi Mardi Thank you for feedback. I feel that your feedback however does not reflect the events as you describe. Your daughters tan was completed professionally and re applied by a staff member after hours to ensure your daughter was satisfied. The following day, your daughters tan was excellent and without issue apart from 2 small areas where your daughters bra strap was. Your daughter attended the salon nearly 2 hours prior to her appointment and was seen to at her appointment time as the salon staff were attending to other clients. The make up staff attended at the arranged time with you and with email confirmation of the time she would be attending. Your daughter thanked the staff for their work and you yourself made payment of the quoted amount. If you felt that your daughter was not satisfied, nor you happy, I question why you did not bring this up with our staff at the 2 visits to our salon. Furthermore, you were not charged on your initial service visit, instead we advised that you only make payment on completion. There are also others in attendance who witnessed your daughters thanks to the staff and neither you or your daughter left in tears. You will also recall our care for you whilst in attendance. It is regrettable that you feel it necessary to leave a 1 star review and we welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns with you should you contact us to do so.
