I didn't even know that there was such a shop until my friend told me about it when I desperately needed my mobile phone completely wiped of malware. As I was rushing in my lunch break, I was pleased to find undercovered parking behind the store, saved me precious time and I was served immidiately after walking through the door by a staff member who was super polite and helpful, almost rare these days. And he didn't make me feel stupid telling him about my device dilemma. So iMend is a great retail and device mending store ( I guess you call it). I have been back twice to buy some odd handy bits for my phone, which I didn't know existed until I found this store. Good work guys!!

I found iMend Phones to be very good. They were the one with the best price and also only took approx 2 hours to fix my cracked screen on my Apple ipad 6. The staff were all nice, helpful and friendly. Would recommend them for any ipad or iphone repairs, etc. Will definitely use them again when needed.

Wonderful service. Extremely knowledgeable and well priced. Have used them before with great results. I phoned them a couple of days ago re trouble with an old Samsung A5....talked to me for a good 20 twenty minutes on the phone trying to sort it out......eventually i got it going. You just don't see this type of service and help any more. Thank guy's. Would i recommend them ?? Absolutely..

What a great find!,,I have used imend phones over the past few months to clean up my pc and to give me new battery for a iPhone. Every time I have been there the guys are prompt and professional; they are efficient and explain well; and they do a great job for fair price. Take your tech stuff there and if they can they’ll help you with a smile. Thanks boys .... so appreciate

My phone hit the highway, 4 days later I found it, driven over and wet iMend handed it back in perfect working order. The price was excellent and I am very happy with the great service.

Great spot to purchase a refurbished phone. The guys were very helpful.

I have broken my phone multiple times and always came back to this company to get it replaced. They have made there website very easy to use, simple booking system and reply fast. Expect to get your phone back within an hour or so, the service is amazing, they also don’t erase data or wipe anything off your phone (something that apple and other companies say they have to do). I mean I do drive 1 and a half hours each way to see these guys! 100% recommend.
