No service. They don’t even respond to calls within business hours. Poorly maintained property. Not clean. If I was a property owner of an apartment under their care I’d be horrified. No Bag storage day of departure

Don't expect 24/7 service. 7pm on a Saturday night we needed desperate help getting into our accommodation. Clearly partying on the island is more important than helping guests. I injured myself climbing through a window to get to my medications that I can't go without. Lucky I got in or me and my son would be sleeping on the beach. Absolutely disgusting.
