Impact Floors installed our timber look vinyl planks and we couldn't be happier. I couldn't fault Greg and Abbey, their service was impeccable! Over the past year, we undertook a major renovation project at our home in Buderim which involved re-flooring the whole house. We initially searched for businesses around the area and through word of mouth from another supplier were recommended to contact Greg from Impact Floors as we were advised he was the best in the business and best suited for our project. Our project as a whole was not simple and had many speed bumps along the way external to Impact Floors, however both Greg and Abbey were always there to support with optimism and flexible solutions to every speed bump that we came across. As first time renovators, Greg provided advice, 100% upfront transparency and even lent us some of his own tools when we had the wrong ones. Both Greg & Abbey provided great customer service that you struggle to find these days. The installation team Mike & Pete were extremely professional, meticulous with their work, respectful of our home and privacy and left us with a home we are extremely excited to call ours. We cannot thank the team at Impact Floors enough for the end result they have provided us. I would have no hesitation what so ever recommending them to anyone looking to undertake a project with them.

Thank you Abbey and Greg for the help you gave us in selecting our vinyl flooring for our bedroom, which had had carpet on it for many years. Not knowing who to go to I did some research on the internet to see what vinyls were available to match a tiled ensuite and living area that had vinyl. My friend had recommended a "two named" flooring company on Wises Road so I just drove along and thought I'd go and see the first one that caught my eye—and that was "Impact Floors"! Greg was so helpful in showing me samples to match the sample of vinyl I had and allowed me to take home four different complete vinyl samples. He offered to pick up these samples and measure the following morning as he was coming back from another job in our vicinity. After he checked on availability phoned with quote and the job was done very professionally a few days later. It was a pleasure to deal with your family business "Impact Floors" and are extremely happy with the end result. We would definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for new flooring and hope to be in contact with you later next year after we have painted bedrooms downstairs.
