Indigo Nails & Beauty

On Monday my 15 year old granddaughter rang indigo nails to make an appointment for the following day at 2.30 pm However when she arrived early I saw the salon was full plus clients plus all the seats in the waiting area were occupied and even on two boxes at the door we’re occupied Eventually my granddaughter sat and waited for well over an hour she was then taken to a seat where she would have nails put on She sat there for over 1/2 hour before being attended to A male asked what sort of nails she wanted and she said acrylic ( she told them this when she booked her appointment) However the man said no and she was given SNS nails when these were attached another female worker took over Her nails took about 40 min My granddaughter said they were rough in handling her nails My granddaughter saved her own money for this treat was told the cost would be $60 they charged her $75 !!! I am disgusted by the time factor and the treatment she received We will NEVER go there aga

Had my nails done here a last minute decision, they didn't just fit me in but many others, they were fantastic and my nails looked great

Very poorly done, then I called them to let them know 3 nails have come off in just 8 days, they then told me to come in to chat & they said you’ll need a full new set. Obviously but I wouldn’t of if they were done correctly. Won’t be going back
