Infuse Health

From my first meeting I have felt welcomed and been called by name by the team !! I joined just over a month ago and cannot believe how much I am enjoying it!!! I do Yoga and movement longevity classes and love them both! The team is wonderful- they are fun and encouraging - and somehow remember who has was limitation xxx participants are all really lovely and not judgemental - and classes are a great size I can already see small signs of improvement and look forward to more improvements in the future with the guidance and support of infuse health ❤️

I have just completed the six week beginner yoga course and the staff were very understanding of certain restrictions I faced. They were easily approachable, professional and each of the teachers helped to ensure that I could achieve the poses. The yoga space was beautiful and calm everyone was able to connect with the environment. Can't thank the staff here enough. They do an amazing job and live the skills they teach. Thank you

Infuse Health is an unbelievable experience run by dedicated and passionate people. They take the time to explain the reasoning behind their methods and show a genuine care in your health and well being. I'd recommend them for any fitness level too, couldn't have been more impressed.
