Our Quality of Service Provision: We have invested in modern equipment including an OPTOS, visual field analyser and OCT to assist us in providing you with optimal clinical vision care. We are committed to providing our patients with the finest vision appliances available to ensure quality vision options. We stand behind the products we sell, and offer lifetime adjustments and servicing on all our our frames (there may be a nominal fee on some consumables). We have a vision guarantee, if you're not 100% happy with the vision in your new glasses within the first 3 months we will continue to make the changes necessary until your vision is the best it can be. At Innisfail Optical we add a hard coating to all of our lenses to ensure the best durability possible. But nothing is scratch proof, that's why we offer a Ggoodwill scratch warranty. If you purchase a pair of glasses from us and manage to scratch the lens within the 1st year, we will replace the affected lens at 50% off, plus any fitting costs. We are a family focused business attending to optical and vision care needs of the whole family from childhood to senior adulthood.
