Very Disappointing.
After waiting around two weeks to have the first assessment, then confirming the assessment appointment two days prior, they cancelled on the morning of the appointment.
My expectations of professionals is they complete promised tasks rather than making excuses. And if the excuses are actually real, as a business, flexible contingencies is the usual norm and the back-up plans kick in, particularly for a first time client.
I'm not sure if I believe the cancellation excuse, but even if it's real, they seem to not be in a position to fulfill business continuity and the forecast of unreliability doesn't suit me, nor should the sub-standard behavior be acceptable to anyone.
I'd rather not have anything to do with such poor business behavior so I'm sourcing an alternative Exercise Physiology provider that has a planned reliable service and processes, and will have the integrity to fulfill their promises.
