So happy with the shower screens that were installed in my investment property on the Central Coast. The team were so good to deal with even though I live elsewhere, the communication was great.

Does not deal with public but happy to quote to public and very happy to sell the product. No display for the public, so public unable to physically see what the product they are buying, how it will look, for what they going to pay for. Have relocated to new address but does not bother to change the address on the quote.Even the new address is hard to find. Lack of attitude to deal with public. Did't had nice experience. Unable to recommend.

Hi Pervez, You seem to be mistaken, we most certainly do deal with the public. We have many happy customers in the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Hunter regions. You're correct that we do not have a Showroom, hence why we offer an obligation free in home consultation to save you the hassle of coming to us. At the time of consultation our sales rep will happily sit and go through the full process and have several pictures, brochures and samples of the products used (you could also visit our website or any of our social media platforms). We sincerely apologize for the error in not having our address changed on our quote after we relocated to a larger factory so we could better manage our ever growing client base, thank you for pointing this out, it has now been rectified. In reply to not having a nice experience we apologize that the fact you contacted us one day we were in your home offering a service the next and submitted your quote in a timely manner did not meet your expectation.
