About Interact Psychology

Interact Psychology aims to provide mindful and professional psychological services to children, youth, adults and families seeking to improve their well-being and mental health. Using a collaborative approach, our goal is to support individuals and families to make important changes in their lives; particularly if experiencing challenges with relationships, mood, thoughts, behaviours or other circumstances. We uphold the philosophy that each individual and family is unique and our approach to treatment will respect and accept individual differences and values. We use evidence based psychological treatments to empower individuals and families with knowledge and skills to work with personal challenges and live in accordance with their values for a rich and ful�lling life.
