We do NOT recommend this painter. Invest Property Maintenance painted our apartment in August 2022. He was pushy and arrogant. Then without asking he threw away the brackets for a blind he had removed so that it could not be reinstalled. We asked him to replace these brackets, he flatly refused. Only two years later, the ceiling in our bathroom which he painted is cracked and flaking off in large pieces (photos attached). Dulux has advised this is because the painter used acrylic paint rather than enamel based paint. We've owned the place for more than 10 years and never had this happen before. We paid a lot of money to Invest Property Maintenance and what we got was a shonky job and very poor service. Our real estate agent said they will also no longer use him. AVOID this painter.
