System constantly breaking down and only a few months old. A fortune spent and failing dismally. Just shake my head at the pathetic capability. We were told never have to restart. We do it most days .... also told generator will kick in....nope...that doesn't happen either...just don't venture here

I highly recommend Island Energy for off-grid solar! About 12 months ago, we had a 5kW off-grid system installed by Island Energy. It has exceeded our expectations. Dan and the team have provided excellent customer service from the beginning. Dan came out to site for the quote (other companies didn't) and gave honest advice and provided a quote for a system to meet our budget and needs. The team was out immediately to rectify the problem as we had one small issue at the start. The work was neat, and the installation went smoothly. The system has been meeting all of our off-grid power needs and working seamlessly since then.

I would always recommend Island Energy for their great customer service. The boys at Island Energy are awesome. They're also reliable and punctual. I had two systems installed: 25kW and 5kW solar systems. All of the products they used are of good quality. There are no cheap Chinese parts used. One panel was faulty, and it was swapped over within a day with no questions asked.
