The owner, informed me over the phone that there would be an upfront charge of $300, which would cover the call-out fee and the first two hours of labour. The worker spent under two hours on the job, but only managed to diagnose that the fridge required a part to be fixed and the stove is too rusty to be serviced. Subsequently, I was charged an additional $178.50. Thus, the total cost incurred amounted to $478.50, merely to be informed the above. I find this charge to be outrageous and unjustifiable. I would not recommend this company at all. The way they take your card and charge you based on nonsensical reasons is a rip-off.

Requested a quote on connecting a small coolroom compressor to an evaporator system. Was told that they could quote if I supplied pics. Had to chase them up for a response. Told me it would cost $5k. 4 other quotes were below $600. I think their quote price was based on not wanting the job. Would never recommend them to anyone.
