Our wall oven was not heating and Tom attended our home to install a new element. He called ahead to confirm arrival, was punctual, and completed the job ensuring it was working. Tom provided us with cost solution should we need to replace the oven in the future. He was friendly and polite, and made sure we knew what our options were. Tom presented well groomed and in company uniform and was careful to wear protective boot covers inside.

I would like to thank the wonderful tradies who attended our home a week ago. They arrived on time, very friendly men and did a great job. I highly recommend this company and will be calling them again shortly to have some electric work done.
